Garin/Dry Creek Pioneer –  Big Ride Turn by Turn:

  1. Take the May Trail from the Dry Creek Pioneer parking lot at the end of May Rd.  0.1 miles, flat
  2. Right on High Ridge Loop Trail, 0.3 miles, rolling.  
  3. Left on F.D. 143, 0.8 miles, climb
  4. Straight onto High Ridge Loop Trail, 1.5 miles, climb
  5. Left on Meyers Ranch Trail,  1.8 miles, descent
  6. Right on High Ridge Loop Trail, 1.3 miles, rolling.  
  7. Hard right to stay on High Ridge Loop Trail, around the east side of Jordan pond, 0.4 miles, flat
  8. Straight through the Garin parking lot, then right on Vista Loop Trail. 0.3 miles, climb
  9. Hard left to stay on Vista Peak Loop Trail. 1.1 miles. climb
  10. Right to stay on Vista Peak Loop Trail, 1.5 miles, rolling
  11. Left to stay on Vista Peak Loop Trail, 0.3 miles, descent
  12. Left on Old Homestead Trail, 0.1 miles, climb
  13. Right on Newt Pond Trail, cross the creek, which is a shallow wade or walk across on stones, push straight up the embankment on opposite side.  The trail continues as a single track switchback.  0.5 miles, single track climb
  14. Left on High Ridge Loop Trail, 2.0 miles, climb then descent
  15. Right to stay on High Ridge Loop Trail, 0.8 miles, descent.    
  16. Right to stay on High Ridge Loop Trail, 0.3 miles, descent.    
  17. Left on May Trail, 0.1 mile, flat
