Coyote Lake Harvey Bear Medium Ride – Turn by Turn:

  1. Leave the Harvey Bear Ranch parking lot on the Harvey Bear Trail 0.3 Mile, flat
  2. Cross the service road, start climbing into the park
  3. Almost immediately Harvey Bear Trail bears left. 
  4. Continue on Harvey Bear Trail 2.8 miles climb, then descent
  5. Right on Calaveras Trail 2.2 miles single track rolling
  6. Left. on Valley Oak Trail 1.1 miles single track rolling
  7. Right on Campground Trail 0.2 miles  climb
  8. Right on Coyote Ridge Trail 0.1 miles  climb
  9. Left. on Gaviota Trail 2.4 miles single track descent
  10. Left. on Rancho Ysidro Trail 0.3 miles. rolling
  11. Bear left on Savannah Trail 2.3 miles, single track descent then climb
  12. Continue left on Rancho Ysidro Trail, 0.2 mile climb
  13. Left on Willow Springs Trail, 0.1 mile descent
  14. Right on Townsprings Trail to start an out and back segment, 1.4 miles, Single track, climb
  15. At the end of Townsprings Trail you will intersect Harvey Bear Trail again. At this point, turn around and retrace your steps down Townsprings Trail.  1.4 mile, single track, descent
  16. Right on Willow Springs Trail 0.6 miles to the bottom  descent
  17. Left. on Harvey Bear Trail 0.3 mile back to parking lot flat
